Welcome to the Penthouse of the Tower. This will be my personal residence, and yes – it will be large, and have some extravagance. The Penthouse will be a 3 story penthouse with an elevator in the residence. In addition to the elevator in the residence, there will be the regular elevators that will provide access to the space, and a black elevator that will provide an express trip from floor 1 to floor 32. The penthouse will be described to some detail within this page to provide an idea of how things work. The penthouse has 3 levels Lower (L) will be the infrastructure of the penthouse, and two apartments for the employees that serves me or any family I might have. They can get into the (L) with a smart key access from their apartment. Main (M) will be the main floor with the communal spaces, office, and guest wing. The guest wing is so the visitor does not have to get a hotel room if they are spending the night. The Upper (U) floor is the bedrooms, and not much more beyond that. The roof will have solar panels, and solar tube lighting for lights, and electricity.

The Lower (L) level is the workings of the penthouse. There is a dedicated electrical panel, communications closet, water system, and a gas line for the fireplace in the Great Room. Since these spaces do not need any windows, there are none. This makes the front of the 31st floor strange, and curious as to why there are no windows. The laundry room for the penthouse will be here as well. There are two 3B/2b/2l apartments for my personal employee(s). They will obviously have windows in the main rooms. As with all of the other apartments, there will be a ethernet jack under one of the windows for the great room, and each bedroom. This is for a Tablo or some other OTA^? DVR^?. This will allow the resident to have the best television signal possible. If they prefer cable TV, then that is an option for them as well. This will be set in the communications closet in their office. The back of the 31st floor is the spacing for the pool. The pool will be no deeper than 10′. The piping, and purification system will be here as well.

The Main (M) level is the great room, kitchen, dining, lavatory, and office. There is also the guest wing, and outdoor space that can be enjoyed. On the other side of the outdoor space is the 1 story pool house. This is why the pool’s infrastructure is in 31. The great room will have a couch, and a few chairs. At the ends of the furniture will be end tables. This allows the family to plug their devices in, and enjoy a good movie, or other programming. The other side of the great room is the 85″ basic TV. A TV with no OS^? was chosen so there is no waste of resources while plugging in an Apple TV with ethernet. The box will be the hub for the Apple Home system, and Matter. If the family likes gaming, then there will also be gaming systems. The dining room will be where meals are usually eaten, and all of the good dishware will be. The dining room will also function as a home for if I was lucky enough to host an RPG group. The kitchen will be larger, and offer more space. Instead of an electric cooktop, there will be induction cooktops. The oven will be electric. 400°F is 400°F whether via electric or gas. The office will be a space where I can work if I am not doing well enough to go to the realty office, but well enough to address the issues of the realty. The office will also handle family affairs whether a family of 1 or a family of 6. A door from the great room will enter into the outdoor space. If I were to have dogs, they will be conditioned to defecate in a particular spot outside. This will allow me to find, and clean up easier. On the other side of the yard in the rear of the building will be the pool house. With an indoor pool, I can swim all year round if I should wish to. Solar tube lighting will provide daylight along with the windows. As with all windows, these will be one way glass as well. The guest wing will be a 3B/2b/1l apartment style residence. There is no address to this space, and I will assume that everyone I know will have a cellular phone.

The Upper (U) floor is the 5 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms. Each bedroom will have a ¾ bathroom which they will be responsible for keeping clean. The secondary bedrooms will have a full size bed, nightstands on each side, and a 42″ TV with an Apple TV box. There will be a corner for their notebook PC, and that would allow a place for them to do their school work as well assuming I have children as family members. The primary bedroom will be something similar with exception of a Queen bed, and 2 corner desks in case I was to have a significant other. Along with the primary bedroom, there is a private outdoor space which is the roof of the guest wing.

The Roof (R) is not really a floor, but there will be elevator access. This is for the solar panels, Starlink dish (secondary internet), and solar tube lighting. If there was ever a need to replace something, there is no ladder to climb.
