There will be 2 lavatories. One will be in the great room, and the other in the office. The lavatories are intended so one does not have to go to the upper floor to use the toilet. Since every bedroom has its own bathroom, this is not an issue to have to use the lavatory to brush teeth, or shave. The lavatory will be intended to have one purpose, and that is to make sure the people living in the penthouse, or those visiting do not have to leave the communal spaces to use the toilet.
