On the 31st floor, there will be two 3B/2b/1l apartments. These apartments are intended for the servants if I should need someone for more time. The idea is to have one servant from Monday-Wednesday, and the other from Thursday-Saturday for 13 hour shifts (39 hours a week). In turn, the servant will get a salary, and at their choice, the apartment that would be for their benefit with rent included in to the benefits of a servant. There is no pay 50% of Fair Market Rent. Just available to them at no cost. They aren’t allowed to rent the space to anyone. The apartment is intended exclusive for their personal benefit. They will have to pay half off for the parking space, but in most cases, a house servant won’t need an automobile to do their job.
Each apartment will have a 500MBPS FiOS? internet connection. There will be a WP810 wifi? phone that would be on the same phone network as all of the phones. This will mean the servant won’t need to plug the Wifi phone into their own network. They can choose to just this phone for intercom calls, but if they would want a home phone line, they will be able to attach their SIP? credentials to line 1, and then make and receive calls with that particular SIP account. If they should leave the apartment, then their credentials will be erased from the phone.
