Water will be handled by the same resource for the building. There will be nothing special. I will have a dedicated tankless hot water system, and a water filtration system for the floors 31+. This will have nothing to do with the utility provider, but more of simplification of services to the penthouse to provide for better resources. Unfortunately, this can’t be done for the entire building as it would demand too much in resource.
