Right now, I live by myself, and I have no significant other. With that said, I don’t see a future where I will have someone living with me at all. However, if I had $50,000,000 – $35,000,000 will be devoted to my realty company, including building this penthouse on top of the tower. I will have $15,000,000 to hold over until I am starting to earn money from my business by housing low income households. I will be able to earn enough money to foster children. With that said, I would expect to have a family in the instance of foster care. Considering I will be in Bedroom 1, that would mean 4 bedrooms will remain. Since I feel every child should be able to have their own private space (being a bedroom), I will only allow myself to have 4 foster children. My bedroom (1) and the foster children (4) will equal 5 bedrooms.
So not only will I be a positive contribution to the low income housing crisis, I will also be able to provide for a stable home for up to 4 children that for whatever reason can’t be with their family. This will be a good cause in my opinion, and something I think I will be able to offer. And since the child will have their own space, they can have a retreat when they need it. Everyone needs time to be alone – some more than others, but this is intended to make the children’s lives as good as possible. Ideally, I will have 4 children from the same family to not split up a family that would benefit from being together as much as possible.
