On the roof of the main part of the penthouse, and on the roof of the pool, there will be solar panels. These panels will provide for electricity on all of the 31st and penthouse floors. While I will be confident that the gas generator will be needed to provide power to this floor, the panels should ease on the demands. The solar panels will also be sun tracking which will follow the sun to collect 50% more solar hours because of the sun tracking. Therefore, if there is 5 solar hours, then the amount of solar hours will be 7.5 hours. This will increase the efficiency and assure that there is not electricity being produces for the upper 3 floors of the building.
