Every non-cellular line I have in my inventory will be hosted through a telephony server that would be located in the communications server. This is for feature and simplicity. Each phone will have its own extension which will be a 3 digit number. In example, to ring my WP825, one will call 377. There is also telephone calls to. The account will have an unlimited domestic calling with calls to Canada, Puerto Rico, and the United States. Every phone will have an extension that does not begin with 0 or 1. I will work with a professional to integrate SIP Broker dialing by using 111 as the dial code for SIP Broker. The person will then dial the SIP Broker telephone number without the prepending * code.
Each phone will have its own telephone number, even if no one is sleeping in that particular bedroom. This is a just in case, and intended to get everything working the way it should be. When making an PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) call, one will dial 00 or 011 for international calls, or 1+ 10 digit number for domestic calls. Something similar will be done with faxes which will be explained in this page. Rather than using the carrier’s voicemail system, the telephony server will handle all voicemails. The number of the voicemails allowed are 5 minute minutes, and 25 voicemails only. When that 25 limit is reached, and someone leaves a new voicemail, the oldest one will be sent to the person as a .mp3, and it will be deleted to allow for that maximum of 25 messages without you losing the voicemails. For faxes, there are two types – incoming and outgoing. Incoming faxes will be intercepted by the fax server and collected. Once collected, it will be converted into a .pdf file, and emailed to the apprpropriate party. If there is no appropriate party, then the email will be sent to me. Once an appropriate party email address is assigned, it will be sent to that email from now on until the otherwise dictated. This means there will be no need to print a fax unless the end user wishes to. SPAM faxes can be deleted without issue. When sending a fax, one will send the fax to ITU-Qualified-Number@fax.fsp.house. This subdomain? will be a catch-all address, and be used to collect the fax. The fax server will look at the telephone number and send to that number. If incorrect, it will bounce as a bad number. The subject of the email is the subject of the fax. The body of the email is the body of the cover sheet. The attached .pdf file will be the fax that is to be sent. The from address must be a qualified sending address. The server will pair the email address with the fax number. In example, frank@fsp.ws will display my 724 number as the fax number.
