The laundry room will be located in the lower floor, and will provide for a single load washer, a single load dryer, 2 double load washers, and 2 double load dryers. This will assure that even an entire penthouse of laundry can get done quickly and efficiently. By assuring that everything will be able to get done quickly without having to use the resources in the basement will be profound, especially with the fact that the servant will likely be doing the laundry. There will be no payment system to these machines even though they are commercial grade. All machines will be front loading. Washers are about 45 minutes, and dryers will run 60 minutes.
