I don’t get visitors often, but with me being a private person, I can imagine that there are also others that are private as well. If someone comes to visit for a few or several days, then they might want to consider a hotel. By offering the guest wing with a 3B apartment style living, they can avoid the cost of a hotel, and have a private apartment style living. When they exit the guest wing, they will enter in my penthouse, so it is not completely private, but it will work for most people.
I will assume everyone will have a cellular phone, and there will be no need for a regular telephone to make calls. Since they are using their device, I won’t see call logs, and that assures privacy. However, if the guests will want to order a pizza, they will be welcomed to use the phone intended for the penthouse. There is temporary parking in the front to offer a means for someone to do this exact thing. The delivery person will either be met at the first floor, or allowed in to go to 32.
They will also be allowed to use the pool to enjoy themselves, even in the winter. There are no windows so that might be a feature. The outer ring of the pool house will be raised and offer a place for someone to jog if they would rather run for their exercise. Me personally, I will prefer to swim.
