In the Lower level, there will be a laundry room. This room will have a single load washer, a single load dryer, 2 double load washers, and 2 double load dryers. All machines are front load, and while commercial grade, there will be no charge for using this. Obviously, I am not going to run a laundry business from my lower floor, but the machines are designed to do a lot of work relatively quickly. A wash will take about 45 minutes, and a dry will take about 60 minutes.
All of the soap will be stored here, and the machines will require High Efficiency soap. With this in mind, anything else can actually damage the machine. With that said, it is imperative that the proper soap is bought. The soap will be used for all of the washers. This will make life easier for those that have to do laundry.
