On the other side of the outdoor space will be the pool house. This will be a locked space that would prevent little children from downing. The pool will have a 3 foot deep space on the shallow end, and a 10 foot deep space on the deep end. Not enough to have a diving board, however I would prefer an indoor pool than a diving board. A portion of the 31st floor will be consumed by the pool system, and space it needs. Only professionals will be able to enter the L floor under the pool house. As with the outdoor, there will be a wifi? access point for internet communications.
