On the roof, there will be solar tube domes that any sun light entering it will be reflected in the tubes, and run to the other end which will provide daylight within the interior rooms. This will include the office, lavatories, bathrooms, and closets. Also, most of the spaces in the lower level might need these lighting solutions. Only those that need to be installed will be installed. This is to reduce the number of 90° angles that would need to be made. These lighting tubes will replace the need to light the space without the need to waste electricity and turn on lights. Even though a 5watt bulb is not very demanding, every little bit will count. There will also be solar tube lighting for the entire length of the indoor swimming pool on the space. This will assure that one does not need the lights on when swimming during the day.
