Parking will normally be $150 per month, and extra cost for EV charging. I will however have 5 parking spaces. I will likely only need one, but any guests might need a space. The servants will be allowed to park 1 automobile, and rates for them will be $75/month. This is half of what they would normally pay, but will still be responsible for any EV charging costs. The only parking solution is in the garage. While there is a street next to the sidewalk of the building, this will be temporary parking only for food drop off, or passenger pick up. This means no one, including the owner of the building should ever be parking there for more than 15 minutes at a time. EV charging is 50ยข/kWh.
