Located on the main floor, the office will be used to conduct business with the realty company, and personal business as well. There will be a thunderbolt docking station to connect my notebook to wired resources such as an ethernet line. There will also be an 8TB NVME in the docking station – therefore giving me an instant extra storage for my important to keep private files. This will be to only allow myself to have access to these files. This will be separate from the network storages that my computer will be able to access.
As required by my employees, there will be a personal profile, and a work provile. I will go one step further, and replace the profiles with actual machines. I will have a personal computer, and a work computer. The personal computer will be a MacBook Air, and the work computer will be my Framework 16 with Linux installed on it. While I am not competent in Linux, I will never be if I don’t use it. I will force myself to utilize the system during work hours. When possible, I will use software that would be on both Linux and Macs such as LibreOffice.
The office will also have a laser printer. Even though it will not be able to fax, I will simply use an eFax service. The server will recognize my email address, and know it is to use my 724 number as the fax number. Once I send the email for faxing, all will be settled. If I was to receive an incoming fax that is important enough to print, then I can print. This eliminates the need for an ATA? for the fax capability, and a dedicated laser printer with fax capabilities.
The office will have a sufficient desk, and an executive class chair. I will have a Grandstream GRP2670 which can support 16 lines, and assure that I can receive calls from the realty, home, and personal line without the need to carry my WP825 with me. Since I will be using Grandstream, everything will be from the same company, and only one line of support for issues that might arise. This phone in particular will have a 7″ touchscreen display. The lines will be as follows:

As you can see, the Grandstream GRP2670 will exceed all of my needs when it comes to a telephone, and it well exceeds what a POTS? line could ever do. I can do everything I need to from this phone, and I will suspect that all of my telephony needs are met.
