I own the building, so needless to say, there is no need for me to pay a separate electric bill. The electricity is included with the penthouse, but where the apartments only have one outlet per room available, the solar panels, and battery banks will provide for full electricity for all of the outlets. The solar panels will help in providing for such, and there will be many panels to support all of the penthouse resources including the servants’ quarters, and the guest wing. As with the apartments, there will be red light that would turn on in the ceiling to notify that you are on backup electricity. I will follow my advice to ask the tenants to cut back on electricity if possible to conserve the gas services I will have to pay.
All of the electricity lines will provide for all outlets, and all appliances. Even though there is a gas line, there is no need to have a gas stove. Where possible, the solar panels will fill up the battery banks, and provide for power for the penthouse. This will also provide power for the Internet service, even if FiOS? is also offline.
