I will have the same resources as any other unit in the building with a couple of exceptions. Since the tower is in walking distance of the realty office, this will make my journey to work a little easier. If I am not able to make it to work personally, then I will hopefully remote work from home. These resources while not exclusive, will suit for the particular reason of the penthouse.
