There will be some green space for myself or any family I might have to enjoy especially during the non-winter months. I will train any dog I will have to defecate in a particular spot. This will reduce the need to walk throughout the outdoor space to clean up dog feces. The outdoor space will also have a robot mower to cut the grass short. Since this is not on ground level, there will be less of a chance of ticks. The roof will not be able to support a swing set or some other heavy items. It would be a challenge enough for the pool which will improve quality of life. The outdoor space is for everyone living with me, but during special occasions, I won’t mind if the servant was to need us of it. (such as a child’s wedding).
