This is a 3 story penthouse apartment which will stand to have unique versions of the rooms that the normal apartments won’t have. The rooms here will be disclosed, and unless mentioned here, the features will be the same as the rest of the apartment. For example, I will not mention bamboo flooring as hat is standard with the entire building. I will try to keep this as simple as possible while providing the information you would benefit from. These rooms may not apply to the other apartments. This will be features exclusive for the penthouse.
