While I would rather not have my address disclosed, and will likely continue to use my PMB? for all of my mail, I will have access to a couple of addresses. This will be exclusive to the penthouse, and not normally available to the secondary apartments in the L level. There will be 2 addresses. One will disclose the fact I live in an apartment, and the other will look more like a house than an apartment. The first address is as follows:

As you can see, the address looks more like a house address rather than an apartment address. This is designed with purpose. When the letter carrier enters the mail room, they will see a sign that states mail for the 67 address should go into 3201 mailbox. This is for simplicity for the letter carrier as the only other physical location on this block will be the convenience store (65 S. 12th St). Since the store belongs to me, any employee will know if the letter carrier delivered mail from the above address to the convenience store to call me for prompt collection. If the letter carrier asks about 67 S. 12th St, they will tell them to insert the mail into mailbox 3201.
The guest apartment on the 32nd floor is intended for a short term stay. This space is not intended to be lived in, and there is officially no physical address, and entry into the space has to go through into the penthouse to get in. This makes it not qualified as an apartment, but more of wing of the penthouse. The servants’ apartments will have their own address associated with the 69 S. 12th St which is the main address of the apartment building. If there was a call to emergency services the E911 information will show the apartment address even in the guest wing.
