There will be a guest wing. This is essentially a 3B/2b/1l apartment style living. There is a dedicated kitchen, and communal spaces. This will allow the guests to have all of the resources they will need for their stay without feeling like they are intruding. This is not a legitimate apartment. It can’t be rented out since the guest wing opens into the great room of the penthouse. This will provide a space for the guests nonetheless.
The guest wing will have a WP810 wifi? phone so they can make calls while staying here. The phone will not ring for the intercom system as again, I wouldn’t want a guest to have a guest as that simply does not make much sense. The telephone line is for their use while here. I will assume that most will have their own cellular phone, and if the phone was to get a lot of unwanted incoming calls, I will change the telephone number.
